We are your affiliate members of the Western Pinal County Association of REALTORS (WPAR) who organize and sponsor complimentary classes, sales seminars and events, including the Real Estate Expo 2007, Annual WPAR Picnic and a variety of upcoming mixers, for real estate agents who work in Western Pinal County, Arizona. Sue Jahns' 27 years in real estate sales has given her unique insight into the educational challenges agents face in an ever-changing industry. As an educator,
it is important to select clear objectives and to teach to those objectives through relevant instruction, practice, questions, and feedback. Teachers must build rapport, use effective classroom management skills and create a classroom atmosphere, which matches the learning activity.
